John,
“Why?” That’s the question that I am most often asked when I’m traveling the state. People consistently ask me why I’m running for Mississippi’s Attorney General.
My response is simple, “Why not?”
My entire life has been committed to serving people.
As a member of the United States Military, I took an oath to protect my fellow citizens against all enemies both foreign and domestic.
As a civil rights attorney, I have been a fierce advocate for equal protection for all Mississippians.
As Attorney General, my job will be to fight for the people of this state. Not big corporations or pharmaceutical companies, but the everyday Mississippians that are finding it hard to get ahead.
I’m ready to get to work. I can win this election if with support from strong Democrats like you. But I need you to stand with me, so I can stand up for all of us.
Will you make a $10.19 donation right now so we have the funds we need to organize now and bring a voice for the people to the office of Mississippi Attorney General? Every donation we bring in will help show that we can make progress here in the Deep South.
If you've saved your payment information with ActBlue Express, your donation will go through immediately:
With your support, I can and will protect our hard-won civil and voting rights, fight back against the efforts to remove coverage for pre-existing health conditions, and curb the devastating effects of the opioid crisis as the next Mississippi Attorney General.
So when people ask, “Why?” I ask, “Who better than someone who has already fought for you?”
We have to organize right now to ensure we keep this office for the people of this state. If you’re ready for an Attorney General in the Deep South who will take on the tough challenges and serve as the voice of the people, I need you to give $10.19 or whatever you can to help make sure we reach every last voter across our state.
Thank you for standing with me,
Jennifer Riley Collins
