This isn't a coincidence, friends:

1) High voter turnout helps Democrats win key swing states and take the White House

2) Republicans introduce hundreds of voter suppression bills, particularly in those swing states

The Guardian reports that the GOP's voter restrictions are an "emergency," and we completely agree. Georgia Republicans were the first to enact restrictive legislation this year, but it looks like the Florida GOP will be next, and Texas Republicans may act soon after.

They think the American people don't care about voter suppression -- we need to prove them so very wrong. Chip in now to show that we're going to fight for our democracy with everything we have!
