First, Democrats failed to advance to a runoff in a special election over the weekend. In total, Republicans out-voted Democrats by over twenty points -- in a seat that Trump won by only three.

Then, emboldened by this overperformance, Republicans yesterday signaled their plans to expand the House playing field for 2022. The NRCC (the campaign arm of House Republicans) added ten more Democratic incumbents to their target list.

As a new co-chair of the DCCC's Frontline program, one of Jennifer's top priorities for the 2022 cycle is ensuring that her Democratic colleagues in the most vulnerable districts around the country hold their seats. And she knows we need to mobilize now to stop any emerging GOP momentum.
