New Directors and Chief Officers to Propel Seattle Foundation’s Equity-Focused Mission Forward
As we bid farewell to Tony and welcome David Bley as Interim CEO, we are also honored to introduce new Leadership Team members to help drive Seattle Foundation’s philanthropic initiatives and transformative impact across Greater Seattle.
Rebecca Chan began her new role as Managing Director, Operations & Impact on our Community Programs team, and LaMonte Guillory joined as Managing Director, Marketing & Communications. Both will play key roles on the Foundation’s Management Team.
Seattle Foundation welcomes Josephine Wong as our Chief Financial Operating Officer. Wong will oversee all of our core functions including finance, IT, and human capital. She previously served as the Deputy Director of King County Department of Community and Human Services.
Stephanie McLemore Bray will serve as Seattle Foundation’s Chief Engagement Officer. This newly created position will play a key role in building our next transformative growth and impact phase. Previously, McLemore Bray served as President and CEO of United Way California Capital Region.

East King County Community Fund The East King County Community Fund seeks to support vulnerable residents of the Eastside navigating the health and economic impacts of COVID. The organizations on the frontlines of the pandemic are working through an increased need for services, working longer hours, and are being asked to do more with less funding. The East King County Community Fund will provide general operating support grants to organizations supporting the immediate and sustained needs of East King County residents.
