Earlier this month was International Workers’ Day — where we celebrated workers and labor rights.

It took a long time to fight for the labor rights we have today, including laws protecting people from inhumane conditions and unfair working hours.

President Joe Biden has vowed to expand the federal minimum wage to $15 an hour, however, we must continue to fight to ensure this happens.
