There’s a lot going on in Washington. But the reality is, there’s probably a lot more impacting our day-to-day lives than we’re shown on CNN or Fox these days. That’s certainly the case in my community.

Since I started this campaign, I’ve met with constituents in every city across this district -- from Lee Vining down to Yucca Valley.

Folks are deeply concerned about their health care. People are outraged at the rising cost of prescription medications. Young families are anxious about the lack of adequate paid leave offered by their employers. And so many are worried about the future of our National Parks with the ever-growing threat of climate change.

These are just some of the things we’re thinking about -- not just in CA-08 but across California. And since I made it my objective to run a campaign by and for the people, I want to hear directly from you:
