Highlights from Day 2

"We need to go big on all issues of justice, from voting rights to homeownership, to antidiscrimination to climate change to clean air and water and all of the things that families all over our country should be able to enjoy." - Senator Sherrod Brown

“The more inclusive our economy is, the more prosperity we can have together.” - Senator Elizabeth Warren

John Taylor, NCRC’s Founder & President, announced he will retire on August 1 after 30 years:

"I thank you for the bottom of my heart for the faith you have for the NCRC mission and that you step up and put your money where your mouth is."

John also hosted a fireside chat with PNC Bank CEO Bill Demchak, who said:

“We can all do something. I’m in a position to do more than most. I always look at problems and say, all right, what can I do? Quit talking about it and do something.”
