Our EDA met again last night and it was a great and productive meeting! Thank you to all who were able to join us and be in attendance.



The usual 'board meeting' agenda items were dealt with along with a few pressing issues. We are working hard to bring new life and stability to the board and we believe progress is being made.



We have a new president, Kathrine from the Portage area, as well as a new membership director, Tiina from the Winkler/Morden area. Both have been on the board for various lengths of time and are just stepping into their new roles.

Yesterday, Winnipeg Alternative Media was at the Law Courts in Winnipeg for the JCCF vs. Manitoba lawsuit. If you haven't already seen it, here's the link to the video footage (it's long, but there are other clips available on FB):   [link removed]



There was also a freedom rally held over the weekend in the Winkler/Morden area with a significant turnout! We have connected with the organizer and are looking forward to coordinating our efforts.
