John,

President Biden is sending your tax dollars to terrorists. He knows he's violating the law, and he’s doing it anyway. It’s a treacherous betrayal of Israel.

Today, we’re filing a lawsuit to fight back.

President Biden is resuming taxpayer funding for the Palestinian Authority (PA), even though the PA continues its deadly “pay for slay” program. The PA sends hundreds of millions of dollars to terrorists’ families. The more the terrorists kill, the higher the payments.

After a former American soldier was murdered by Palestinian terrorists and his attacker’s family was handsomely rewarded, a bipartisan law was passed – the Taylor Force Act – to end taxpayer funding to the PA until the blood money payments stopped.

President Biden is willfully ignoring the law, betraying Israel, and misusing tax dollars.

Former Secretary of State and now ACLJ Senior Counsel for Global Affairs Mike Pompeo and Taylor Force’s father wrote that the Biden Administration is “guilty of money laundering for terrorists.” Now, we’re working with Secretary Pompeo to fight back, and we’re mobilizing our Jerusalem office.

TODAY, we are filing a critical lawsuit over President Biden’s terrorist-funding plot and violation of federal law. But we need you to take action with us as we go to court.
