On Friday, June 25th, and Saturday, June 26th Indiana Young Democrats will be hosting our Annual Convention! The most exciting time of the year for young Hoosier progressives, our annual conventions give us the chance to all come together, socialize, and strategize as we work to elect more Democrats to offices across the state. Convention is open to all Hoosiers between the ages of 16 and 36 who are dues-paying members of the Indiana Young Democrats. Click here if you haven't paid your annual dues yet! If you haven't had the chance, be sure to also join one of our constituency caucuses before the convention!

Our annual convention will look a bit different this year compared to years past. Because of the ongoing COVID-19 pandemic, the core events of the convention will take place virtually while local chapters will be able to host socially distanced gatherings with smaller groups of people. All of these events will follow CDC and local health official guidelines and will be developed with inclusivity in mind. If you are interested in knowing what is happening in your area, contact your local IYD County Chair!
If you would like to run for elected office within IYD, click here to declare your candidacy. Declarations of candidacy must be submitted no later than May 12th.
