Dear John,

Thank you to everyone who attended our meeting and trivia event on July 1st! We had a great turnout, and hope that everyone had as much fun as we did.

At the meeting, we discussed what help and supplies would be needed for our upcoming Summer Fundraiser this Saturday, July 20th from 6:00 PM to 9:00PM. After talking with the owner of Ramstein Beer, we have determined that we are in need of the following items:

lights

Decorations
(Democratic
or
American
themed
flags/hangable
decorations
would
be
ideal!)
*
Board
games
or
other
interactive
games
(we
are
hoping
to
set
up
game
stations
at
the
event)

If you have any of those items on hand and would like to lend them to us for the 20th, please respond to this email and let us know what you can bring! We are able to arrange pick up of the items between now and the 20th if you have something you would like to lend for the event but don't have the time to drive it out to MCDC.

Finally, please make sure to join us for the Summer Fundraiser this Saturday! Tickets are $40 for our membership, which can be purchased through THIS LINK [[link removed]] or at the door. With each ticket you recieve 2 tickets for beer, free wine, non-alcoholic beverages, a full dinner, dessert, games, and a great night with your fellow Young Democrats! As a reminder the brewery is also open to those under the age of 21, so please let us know if you not yet 21 but would like to attend to event.
