Hey there John,

With NIAC's 2021 Virtual Gala just two days away, I have the honor and privilege to announce the two recipients of our 2021 Equitable Immigration Champion awards!

But first, if you haven’t yet grabbed your tickets to our gala this Thursday, then make sure you do so before space runs out! The best part? It’s free! [[link removed]]

Now drum roll please…

This year we’re celebrating the American Civil Liberties Union (ACLU) and the National Immigration Law Center (NILC) for their leadership and partnership in ending the xenophobic Muslim Ban and ensuring the passage of the NO BAN Act, currently on its way to the Senate.

Both the ACLU and the NILC have been fearless allies of NIAC and the Iranian-American community. And, along with other organizational partners like J Street and MoveOn who we will feature at our gala, they are among the many allies NIAC works with to advance the issues most critical to our community.

Tune in for our gala to see our entire slate of honorees and special guests by RSVPing for our Gala today! [[link removed]]

Thank you,

Jamal Abdi
President, NIAC

P.S. - We depend on support from people like you to help us advance political power for the Iranian-American community. If you can’t make the gala, can I count on you to make a $5 donation to support our work year-round? [[link removed]]
