Our next WFP Assembly is tomorrow, Sunday, October 6th, and we have an all-star cast for you!

First we will hear from Varshini Prakash, the Executive Director of Sunrise Movement, who will recap the successful climate strike, and share what’s next in the fight for a Green New Deal.

Then we’ll hear from both Kendra Brooks and Nicholas O’Rourke, two Philadelphia City Council candidates who are running on the Working Families Party line in order to kick out the Republican Party on the council.

We’ll also share how you can get involved in both fights, in order to put your progressive passion into action.
