Over the course of 60 years the restaurant has become one of the largest tourist destinations for hungry visitors in D.C. Ben's offerings have been praised by the likes of Zagat and The Daily Meal and the restaurant has been visited by politicians, celebrities and civil rights leaders alike including Martin Luther King Jr, U.S. President Barack Obama, Serena Williams, Jimmy Fallon, Bruno Mars and many more!
** Krish O'Mara Vignarajah

Krish is the President & CEO of Lutheran Immigration and Refugee Service. She was nine months old when she and her family escaped civil war in Sri Lanka and built a life in Maryland.
