As we move beyond the first 100 days of the Biden-Harris administration, progressives can be encouraged by the boldness with which the new administration seems willing to address the historic challenges now facing our nation. There are many urgent issues that need to be addressed by both the administration and Congress and we need to know what you think should be the highest priorities.

During his first address to Congress, President Biden laid out a bold agenda for the nation – one that will address today’s urgent concerns with an eye on the future.
The historic moment – with President Biden flanked by Vice President Kamala Harris and Speaker Nancy Pelosi – captured the attention of the nation as we grapple with recovering from the pandemic and reclaiming our democracy from the Far Right’s ongoing efforts to dismantle it.
We’re fighting to stop hate and defend democracy with new campaigns and initiatives aimed at seizing this pivotal moment. We know that crises such as attacks on our democracy and our right to vote under attack, police killings and systemic racism, the COVID-19 pandemic, climate change, and vicious far-right hatemongering against the transgender community, immigrants, people of Asian heritage, and others, we know the challenges we face demand big, bold, progressive solutions.
To help safeguard the success of the progressive reforms our nation so desperately needs, People For remains committed to fighting for our democracy and ensuring that we strengthen the American Way so that it is attainable and equitable for all.
