Dear Patriot,

Yesterday, I filed a petition before the U.S. Supreme Court to stop the EPA from exercising unlimited authority to regulate the American economy, and act without garnering congressional approval for its radical energy price-hiking and job-killing actions.

West Virginia led a 19 state coalition to overturn a DC Court decision that the EPA believes gives it boundless power to advance President Biden’s radical climate agenda.

You may recall that in 2016 my Office previously stopped the Obama Power Plan-Biden’s new proposal represents the Obama plan on steroids.

The Constitution doesn’t allow for the creation of an all-powerful, all-mighty EPA-especially without congressional action.

This filing is the biggest of the year. And the stakes couldn’t be higher.   
If Biden prevails with his vision, it will not only crush many American jobs and increase the price of electricity; it will provide a major strategic advantage to China. They will be building a massive new fleet of coal-fired power plants at the very same time the United States would be ending coal-fired power plant use and reducing natural gas usage by 50 percent!

Biden needs an all-powerful EPA to advance his agenda.
