Heading into the legislative session, I told you we had huge plans. This was the year for a transformative session to combat the climate crisis, expand economic opportunity, and aggressively respond to the COVID-19 crisis in Washington state.

Well, folks: We did all that and more.

Together, we passed historic climate legislation. We began to fix our regressive tax system with a new capital gains tax and Working Families Tax Credit. We took critical steps to combat the pandemic and build back our economy with more equity. And we made tremendous progress on police reform, gun safety, and economic opportunity.

We got so much done because the people of our state demanded action -- and the legislature listened.

But there's still more work to do, and we can't do it alone. Will you donate today to keep Washington as a beacon of progress on climate, economic justice, and more?
