Planned Parenthood representatives were caught on video discussing the abhorrent practice of harvesting and selling aborted babies' organs in shocking detail.

Unapologetic, Planned Parenthood filed a lawsuit against the pro-life journalists who exposed it. It wants the incriminating videos hidden from public eyes.

We scored a victory for a Christian church and for religious speech, when a community festival tried to block the church's praise band from performing due to their music's "religious content."

We challenged the festival organizer's decision, which violated the First Amendment, and the church band was allowed to perform.

We're representing a pro-life organization that worships and prays near a Planned Parenthood facility. The local City Council recently passed an ordinance enabling prosecution for "making noise that unreasonably disturbs the peace within the facility," encompassing facilities that "provide health care services."

We will protect the right to gather and pray on behalf of the unborn.
