The 2021 elections are going to be critical No images? Click here John, The 2021 elections are going to be critical for the environment. We had enormous victories for the environment and the health of our communities during this year’s legislative session. And this is a direct result of getting environmental champions elected to office. But if we are going to tackle the biggest challenges facing our state we are going to need more leaders at the local level who are going to be bold and dig into the tough issues whether that is how we recover from COVID-19 or how the climate crisis is addressed. We have a chance right now to add more environmental champions to important local offices who will be bold, but to do that we need your support. With COVID-19 continuing to have an impact on our state, we know we will have to be strategic in how we connect with voters this year. But that makes your early support even more important so that we can be creative and flexible in making sure environmental voters are heard this fall. We need to continue to support leaders who will stand up to the challenges put forward by corporate polluters, and who know that the environment is critical for healthy communities and a strong economy. We know that every year anti-environmental forces spend big to try to stop any candidate who supports climate action and environmental protection and we don’t expect that to change this year. Help us reach our match goal of $7,500 by GivingBIG today and support local environmental champions! Together we can protect Washington’s communities and environment. But we are only going to get there with your help. Thank you for all you do, Sarah Sarah Farbstein |
