At this time last year, lawmakers on Beacon Hill were preparing for the 2020 election cycle by passing a series of laws to help Massachusetts residents vote without having to leave their homes or enter busy polling stations, citing the dangerous COVID-19 virus.
Now, despite several successful vaccines being readily available, Beacon Hill Democrats want to make universal mail-in voting permanent.
