Team,
The MN Senate GOP Majority, led by rumored candidate for governor, Sen. Paul Gazelka, just advanced a suppressive Voter ID bill to the Minnesota House on a party-line vote.
The bill, which would disenfranchise countless Minnesotans, especially seniors, young people, and people of color, is the third attack on voting rights we’ve faced in less than a month since Minnesota Republicans decided to latch onto Donald Trump’s “Big Lie.”
Minnesotans soundly rejected Voter ID when the MN Republicans put it on the ballot in 2012 almost a decade ago. Let’s show them we’re ready to defeat it again.
