The Democratic primary is exactly one year from today!

My campaign is starting early and doing the work to build a grassroots campaign. We’re putting together a strong team of supporters that will go door-to-door, text, call, postcard and do whatever we have to do to reach our fellow voters and get our message out there.

I know beating Donald Trump’s chief defender won’t be easy. I also know it’s important, and we’re determined to give him the fight he deserves.

I’m a regular guy with deep roots in this district. I haven't held a fancy job or worked in politics. I’ve been a soldier, driven a forklift and managed a warehouse.

Jim Jordan is out of touch with the people of Ohio. He’s spent way more effort getting himself on TV and pushing Trump’s radical agenda than fighting for us. We’re going to do everything we can to make sure folks here know it.

I’m prepared to work on the things that really matter to our daily lives. When I talk about health care costs or housing or getting decent jobs, I’m not just repeating talking points - I’m talking about problems I’ve dealt with.
