hear our case challenging Louisiana's admitting privileges law.

This is a huge moment. The Court's decision will have a profound
impact on the future of abortion rights across the country.

Louisiana has openly admitted that the law at issue is identical to a
Texas restriction that the Supreme Court declared unconstitutional
just three years ago in Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt, a case
brought by the Center. The facts, the law, and the Constitution have
not changed since that law was struck down.

one doctor to provide abortion care to nearly one million women. But

emboldened to pass more extreme restrictions designed to close
clinics, harming women across the country.

Abortion is a constitutional right that the Supreme Court has
