Team,
We wanted to make sure you saw Nancy's note yesterday sharing some BIG
NEWS: The U.S. Supreme Court has agreed to hear our case challenging
an unconstitutional Louisiana law that is identical to the Texas
restriction we successfully defeated in our 2016 case, Whole Woman's
Health v. Hellerstedt.
The Court's decision in this case will have a profound impact on the
future of abortion rights across the country. We need your help to
ensure we have the resources required to defeat this law.
Team, will you take a stand for the women of Louisiana and
beyond? Please make a generous gift today to help defend our
reproductive rights.

Dear Team,
We've just received word that the U.S. Supreme Court has decided to
hear our case challenging Louisiana's admitting privileges law.
This is a huge moment. The Court's decision will have a profound
impact on the future of abortion rights across the country.
Louisiana has openly admitted that the law at issue is identical to a
Texas restriction that the Supreme Court declared unconstitutional
just three years ago in Whole Woman's Health v. Hellerstedt, a case
brought by the Center. The facts, the law, and the Constitution have
not changed since that law was struck down.
Please make an urgent donation today to make sure we have
everything we need to defeat this law at the Supreme Court.

The stakes are high for women in Louisiana, where abortion access is
already hanging by a thread. If the law is allowed to take effect, it
will be devastating to women's health in the state-leaving just
one doctor to provide abortion care to nearly one million women. But
the decision will have a profound impact well beyond Louisiana. If the
Court upholds the law, anti-abortion politicians will be further
emboldened to pass more extreme restrictions designed to close
clinics, harming women across the country.
Abortion is a constitutional right that the Supreme Court has
repeatedly upheld for nearly 50 years. Now, the Justices must reaffirm
this right once again.
The outcome of this case will have far-reaching effects on abortion
rights in the United States.
Please stand with us as we fight this law at the Supreme Court
by making a donation today.
