Dear John,
Lockdown is easing for the human population.
But for animals in zoos, lockdown continues... unless we fight to free them!
John, I am asking YOU to join me in taking action today, tomorrow and in the months to come to FIGHT to end cruel captivity and SECURE freedom for all animals.
Please will you join me and my team? By making a monthly donation to animals you can do just that! You will become one of our amazing Freedom Champions!

Across the UK animals are held captive against their will to provide entertainment for humans. Locked in cages, deprived of their freedom, they live lives of frustration, sadness, loneliness and suffering.
Despite their claims, zoos rarely ever free any of the animals they hold captive. They do very little to help wild populations of animals. Our research has shown that the vast majority of the animals in zoos are not endangered.
It is clear, that zoos exist purely for human entertainment. And animals are suffering immensely for it.
That is why, with the help of animal acitivists like you, we fight to end cruel captivity and fight for the freedom of animals.
Will you join us today, as one of our amazing Freedom Champions, and be the driving force behind our life-changing campaigns?

How will your donations help animals?
Your donations will be used to:
* END the bailing out of zoos by government. This will end the propping up of run-down zoos, forcing them to close and the animals rehomed.
* STOP cruel circus-style shows in zoos where animals like sea lions are exploited.
* BAN mobile zoos from appearing at events on council land, making it harder for them to operate.
* INVESTIGATE and EXPOSE the trade in wild animals caught for the aquarium industry.
These are all campaigns we are working on right now, to end animal exploitation and fight for freedom for animals. Campaigns that can change the lives of animals.
BUT we can't do them without your help.

Our Champions make a regular gift, usually of £3 or more a month, to make sure our campaigns for animals can fight on strong into the future. Monthly donations mean we can plan ahead and know exactly what campaigns we can deliver for animals.
No matter how much you choose to give, it will be put to work straight away to fight for animals. You will always have control over how much you give and for how long you wish to donate.
How will we use your donations?
Your donations will be used to:
* LOBBY government to ban the cruel tethering of birds of prey.
* SUPPORT local activists on the ground to protest against cruel businesses and raise awareness of animal captivity.
* EDUCATE the public, including young people, on the horrors of captivity and how we can take action to help animals.
* PLAN our campaigns for the long-term, so we can run effective campaigns that make real lasting change for animals and lead them towards freedom for captivity.

I know that closing down zoos won’t happen overnight, but I also know that if we keep piling on the pressure, making it harder for people to exploit animals and open people’s eyes to animal suffering, we can do this!
So join us today and let's make a difference to the lives of animals! ([link removed])
For the animals,
Sam Threadgill

Freedom for Animals
P.S. Lockdown restrictions may be easing for us humans, but animals in zoos face a lifetime of lockdown. You can fight with us to change that and give them a future of freedom by setting up a monthly donation today. ([link removed]) Thank you!
