For 50 years, Amtrak has gotten the American people where they need to go.

Thanks to the trains at Amtrak, people across the country have been able to travel — for work and for fun — comfortably and efficiently without guzzling gas.

And thanks to Biden’s American Jobs Plan, Amtrak could be expanding soon — connecting more cities and towns across the United States! More trains will mean more good-paying jobs, fewer cars on the roads, and a smaller carbon footprint.
