First of all, thank you for helping my campaign make up ground and hit our April fundraising goal. We are stronger today because of you.

This past Wednesday, I had the privilege of attending President Biden’s first joint address to Congress.

In his address, President Biden highlighted some historic achievements from his first 100 days in office and laid out his plan for the future of our country.

The Biden-Harris administration faced a tall order upon entering into office — from addressing racial injustice and police brutality to the climate crisis and the COVID-19 pandemic.

But they have held true to their word to build back better, and we’re already seeing the results: extensive COVID relief, more good-paying jobs, a recommitment to joining the global fight against climate change and tackling environmental injustice at home, and so much more.

The multitude of crises facing our country require bold action, and President Biden is seizing the moment.

I am proud to be in the room, working alongside his administration and making unparalleled progress together.

The first 100 days of the Biden presidency were highlighted by remarkable accomplishments in the face of monumental challenges. I look forward to continuing the fight for progress and justice where it’s needed.
