Here’s a reason to celebrate! 🎉

We made our April grassroots donor goal, with over 7,000 people chipping in to
support Chuck and our Democratic Senate Majority.

Knowing how many folks are in our corner means that Chuck can keep going to bat
for Americans, taking on the GOP and making progress for all Americans. Here’s
what he’s focused on in the coming weeks and months:

🎉 Passing Senate Bill 1, The For the People Act to reform our elections process, re-invigorate democracy, and put a stop to the GOP’s bigoted voter suppression
laws. 

🎉 Rallying a strong coalition of support around the American Jobs Plan -- and
when the boldest recovery legislation in American historyis delivered to President Biden’s desk, it will be support from folks like you
that made it happen. 

🎉 Continuing the fight for federal legalization of marijuana, ending a war on people that has taken a horrific toll on so many. 

🎉 Pushing Joe Biden to cancel $50,000 of college debt per person -- giving young people a start in life unhindered by crushing debt. 

🎉 And much, much more. 

This is a good day. But we can’t get complacent. Democrats are within a seat of
losing our majority -- and all our progress depends on keeping that majority in
2022. 

We’re starting May strong, but that momentum needs to keep up or we’ll slip at a
crucial point in American history, and the future we build may fall short of the
future we need. 

Let’s take a moment to celebrate our victory -- then take on May with optimism,
determination, and hope.
