Fellow Conservative,

President Biden gave his joint address to Congress on Wednesday, but the speech to watch was Senator Tim Scott’s (R-SC) rebuttal. <[link removed]>

Senator Scott entirely debunked the Left’s big lie about our election integrity efforts and forcefully defended Georgia’s new voting and ethics bill:
And less than 24 hours after Scott’s speech, conservatives scored their next big victory when the Florida legislature passed SB90, making it “easier to vote, and harder to cheat.”

Florida

We had a huge win in Florida this week! The State Legislature passed SB90 and it will now head to Governor DeSantis’ desk to be signed into law.

This bill:

- Protects absentee ballots by prohibiting political operatives from harvesting ballots.
- Removes the corrupting influence of private money from government election operations, by prohibiting the government from accepting private money to conduct elections.
- Strengthens voter ID on vote-by-mail ballots
- Increases transparency by giving election observers from all parties full access to monitor the process

Arizona

We continue to push for the passage of SB1485 in Arizona, a bill to clean up the absentee voter rolls by notifying and removing voters who fail to vote by absentee ballot in 4 consecutive elections. These voters would remain on the voter rolls and could still vote in person—but opportunities for fraud would be reduced as they would no longer be automatically mailed an absentee ballot.

A misconception has spread that SB1485 wouldn’t go into effect until 2026, but that’s not true, and we set the record straight <[link removed]>—with the Governor’s signature, SB1485 would immediately begin cleaning up Arizona’s vote-by-mail list.

The Corrupt Politicians Act (S.1)
On May 11, the Senate rules committee will hold a markup hearing on S.1—this will be an opportunity for Senators to debate and add amendments.

Expect this bill to move through committee without any significant changes—Democrats are united in their efforts to pass this highly partisan bill to rig election laws.

However, Conservatives can still use this hearing to our advantage to win the messaging war and win over moderates! The hearing will be an opportunity to highlight on social media and in the news just how ruthlessly partisan and uncompromising Chuck Schumer and his team is. Stay tuned in—we’ll have more on this next week!

But you can get a jump start today by checking out our activist toolkit <[link removed]>—it has everything you need to talk with friends and family about the dangers of this bill.

One last thing—If you’re not done reading, check out my take on President Biden’s first 100 days in office. <[link removed]> The big takeaway–Biden promised unity but has delivered division.

Thank you for all that you have been doing to save our elections across the country. Your voice is driving change and bringing about victories big and small. Keep up the fantastic work!
