I cannot thank you enough for all of your support. This team has been powering progress on the important issues that we all face.

As Chair of the Senate Rules Committee, I held the first-ever Senate hearing on the For the People Act, the bill that will strengthen our democracy by prohibiting many forms of voter suppression and gerrymandering and taking dark money out of our politics. My goal is to get the bill to the Senate floor for a vote.

In my role on the Judiciary Committee I'm also pushing for improved antitrust legislation. We need to make sure consumers are protected against anti-competitive behavior by monopolies.

We may have enacted the American Rescue Plan, but there is so much more to do to get our country back on the path to progress and improve people's lives – like passing the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act, expanding broadband, taking action to fight climate change and more.
