We’ll hear standup from lefty comedy darling and Onion writer Arish Singh, with testimony from those who most need a democratic socialist representing them in Congress.
We must overcome decades of disinvestment, neglect, and hostility toward the black and brown people of Chicago’s southwest side. A teacher and disabled veteran, Anthony Clark is not running on compromise or fear of the billionaires’ white supremacist political system.
As a Congressman, I will attack poverty and racism at their root causes, with universal policies to bring Housing for All (through a homes guarantee and decommodification of housing), Healthcare for All (through a single-payer Medicare-For-All system, free at the point of service) and Jobs For All (through a federal green jobs guarantee).
