I want to run a race that I am proud of. Right now, I’m proud of the fact that we are a people-powered, grassroots campaign.

I don’t have millions of dollars to my name, and I don’t have family money to pour into this campaign.

Frankly, that’s how it should be. Throughout my career in public service, when I meet with people, I can fully empathize with their day-to-day struggles. And my public service career has been spent in Wisconsin, not in New York or Washington D.C.

My opponents can’t say the same thing, and that will allow me to better represent Wisconsin in the U.S. Senate.

But until then, our campaign can’t afford to come up short of any financial deadlines, which means tonight’s. We still need to raise just over $1,373 in the next few hours. Can I count on you?
