On Wednesday, President Biden announced his agenda to the nation: Create millions of new jobs, rebuild America, and provide free pre-K and two years of college for everyone. Every parent will receive a monthly check, and every American will be eligible for paid family and medical leave.

Economists predict that Biden's agenda will create an economic boom, while billionaires and CEOs will finally have to pay some of their fair share.

And it took less than half an hour for Republican members of Congress to announce their opposition.

These policies are supported by a majority of Republican, independent, and Democratic voters, but the out of touch GOP plans to block every bill Biden supports.

We can't rest until our progressive leaders have the resources they need to accomplish a powerful legislative agenda, throw out the disproven trickle down economic theory, and rebuild this nation to support everyone instead of just the extremely wealthy.

If we all stand together, that's exactly what we'll achieve -- and the stakes couldn't be higher. But our fundraising has SLOWED DOWN since the President's address, and we need to be running full steam.
