Hey,
Two years ago, I proudly endorsed Joe Biden on the first day of his presidential campaign. Back then, I wrote to you, "At this make-or-break moment for the middle class, our children and our workers, America needs Joe Biden."
And now, on the 100th day of the Biden administration, I feel exactly the same way.
With Joe in the White House, and Democratic majorities in the House and Senate, we've already taken steps to cut child poverty in half, expand the Affordable Care Act, slash carbon emissions to address the climate crisis, raise wages for working families, delivered relief to struggling Americans and vaccinated millions. And we’re just getting started.
We have to keep the momentum of these first 100 days building, so we can pass the American Jobs Plan and expand home and community services that will make affordable health care available to all. But with next year's midterm elections drawing closer each day, national Republicans and corporate special interests are already taking steps to obstruct our progress and erase our majorities.
We don't yet know who will be on the ballot next year in every House and Senate race, or what skills and resources they'll bring to the table. The good news is that we don't have to wait until we do to start laying the foundation for victory in races across the country
Just as we did in 2019 and early 2020, our team is mobilizing right now to ensure we can identify the campaigns where you can have an impact and offer them your support.
We've set a goal of raising $10,000 by tonight's end-of-month deadline to prepare for the victories ahead. Will you chip in $10 to make it happen?
