The Supreme Court announced today that they will take up a case that will settle a proposed Louisiana law that would leave only a single doctor to perform abortions in the entire state.

Trump put Kavanaugh on the bench for cases just like this.

Kavanaugh has already shown us his extremist position on this issue. Earlier this year, the Supreme Court blocked a Louisiana abortion access law from going into effect. The order was 5-4, and none other than Brett Kavanaugh wrote the dissenting opinion.

Far right extremists have been angling for this type of activist judge to be in place since Roe v. Wade was decided. Brett Kavanaugh is everything they have been waiting for and more. At a time when 75% of Americans believe that Roe v. Wade should not be overturned, he has stated that he doesn’t believe that Roe v. Wade is settled law.

We are going back to Washington, D.C. this Sunday with Demand Justice and the Center for Popular Democracy to demand that Brett Kavanaugh, like the rest of his corrupt cronies, be impeached. Can you donate $10 to support us rallying our people to the streets?  

Kavanaugh is unfit to rule on any issues around abortion rights. He has shown us that he intends to let his personal beliefs taint the legal proceedings of the Supreme Court. His presence as an Associate Supreme Court Justice is an insult to the institution, and a threat to safe, legal abortions across the country.
