This week, Glenn Beck took the airwaves to engage in a racist rant against
Ilhan Omar and Justice Democrats — accusing us of trying to tear down this
government, and the founding principles of America.

Let’s be clear: our movement doesn’t stand for tearing things down. We’re
about building a democracy that works for everyone, equity for every
American, and the progressive policies that working-class Americans
deserve.

That scares Glenn Beck, and his conservative talk radio patrons — because
we’re willing to speak truth to power, and advocate for an end to the
system that has protected demagogues like him, and demonized leaders like
Ilhan Omar.

And the attacks won’t stop. Conservative firebrands and corporate
incumbents alike are desperate to defeat the popular movements that our
Justice Democrats in Congress are building. Their very existence dispels
the attacks of people like Donald Trump, who weaponize racism to fulfill a
partisan agenda.

But when people learn about Ilhan Omar and Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, and
see their incredible passion for building a nation that reflects true
social, racial, economic, and environmental justice for all, the wall of
divisive politics built by the Republican Party starts to crumble.
