Take Action: Support Heart Valve Disease Legislation
Women are more likely to be underdiagnosed and undertreated for heart
valve disease. A new bill called the CAROL Act invests in the research
and outreach needed to address gaps in what we know about valve
disease and to raise awareness of the signs and risks. Ask your
members of Congress to cosponsor the CAROL Act today.

Share Your Opinions! Take a Survey!
Women with heart disease have a unique opportunity to share their
experiences and opinions through surveys, which can influence future
actions and organizational priorities. WomenHeart will be wrapping up
its Advocacy Survey on May 5 - take the survey today! In
addition, our partner Inspire is surveying tens of thousands of people
about their vaccine experiences. We invite you to contribute to a
broader understanding of vaccine perceptions, symptoms, and access
among women with heart disease by taking the survey and then exploring
the results on their interactive dashboard.
