Hi John -- this is a quick note, so I hope you’ll give it a read before midnight.

I have been emailing a lot asking you to chip in to my campaign (and I’m going to ask again), so it’s only fair that I tell you why I think I’m the right person to represent CA-25 in Congress.

I’m running for Congress because I believe that no one should be discriminated against for who they are or who they love. Because our planet will not survive without drastic action to save it. Because public school teachers and students deserve more support than they get. Because health care is a right for all, not a privilege for those who can pay.

I’m running because the moment Mike Garcia sided with insurrectionists over our democracy, he became unfit to serve in any capacity -- and someone needed to stand up and run to send him packing.
