I also participated in my first Energy and Commerce Committee hearing since my emergency eye surgery. As I said, even a blind knuckle-dragger can participate in committee hearings, so I was glad to get back to work. CLICK HERE OR ON THE IMAGE ABOVE TO READ MORE.

During my first hearing back, I also got a stunning admission from the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) Administrator Michael Regan, who told me that he was “unfamiliar” with the CLEAN Future Act. 

The CLEAN Future Act is the left’s TOP climate bill in Congress, and it includes a number of directives for the EPA. So you’d think Democrats would at least consult with the agency tasked with implementing their bill, right? 

Well, guess not. 

Administrator Regan said that the hearing was the FIRST TIME he had heard of the CLEAN Future Act. He also said that he wasn’t consulted and was not briefed on the legislation before it was introduced. 

Democrats are in such disarray that they didn’t even bother to BRIEF the man who would be tasked with implementing their radical climate bill.
