This week we secured an important court ruling to protect California’s net neutrality law:

As California’s Attorney General, Xavier has been doing everything in his power to block special interest attacks on our access to a free and open internet.

And this week, a court ruled in our favor when it determined the FCC cannot preempt state law.

But our fight for an open internet still continues. We cannot allow a handful of power brokers to dictate what information Americans can access online or the speed at which websites load.
