The MCB needs your help to continue serving and empowering Muslim communities
Assalamu Alaikum,
I pray you are all in the best of health and Imaan, insha’Allah,
Subhan’Allah we are nearing the last sacred days into the blessed month of Ramadan and the days of forgiveness are upon us.
This has been a very challenging time for the Muslim Council of Britain and our affiliates; the financial consequences of the pandemic have been severe, and in order to continue to deliver flagship projects such as the Centre for Media Monitoring, Visit My Mosque and Proudly Muslim and Black, we need your urgent support.
The MCB was founded to serve and empower British Muslim communities and insha’Allah with your support and Allah (SWT) grace we will continue to do so. Alhamdulilah, let us use this blessed month as an opportunity to come together to invest in the MCB and build an increasingly strong representative voice for British Muslims.
At the Muslim Council of Britain, we strive to empower, connect and advocate for our network of affiliates across the UK, bringing the wider communities of which we are part together in pursuit of a more just society for all. You can support the expansive range of works undertaken by the MCB and help us grow our capacities to meet the urgent needs of our communities.
Your support will help us develop mosques through capacity building initiatives like Our Mosques Our Future conference, bring communities together through national campaigns like Visit My Mosque, tackle Islamophobia in the media through our dedicated Centre for Media Monitoring and run transformative projects like the Women in Mosques Development Programme, that cultivates the women mosque leaders of tomorrow, and Proudly Muslim and Black, which celebrates Black Muslim communities and addresses the anti-Black racism within our midst.
