America First Legal
Stephen Miller Joins Tucker Carlson

Stephen Miller, Mark Meadows, Matt Whitaker, Gene Hamilton, Ed Corrigan, Wesley Denton, and Russ Vought founded America First Legal to adopt the very same tactics that the left, including George Soros and the ACLU, used to undermine the Trump Administration and conservative values.

After losing the White House and Congress, the courts are the only venue where conservatives can fight to defend their values at the federal level. Stephen Miller outlined this vision in an exclusive interview with Breitbart.

Within the past week, AFL has already taken the fight to the courts with two headline lawsuits to stop the Biden Administration from opening our borders to illegal immigration during the ongoing pandemic, and to stop the Biden Administration from racially discriminating against American farmers and ranchers.

Yesterday, AFL filed a brief in the Supreme Court of Texas, based on San Antonio’s decision to refuse government contracts to Chick-fil-A based on the city’s perception of Chick-fil-A’s religious views and company donations to organizations that support a traditional understanding of marriage.

Last week, AFL President Stephen Miller joined Tucker Carlson to discuss AFL’s first suit.

Miller also joined Spicer and Co. to explain AFL's landmark suit against the Biden Administration.
