Dear Patriot,

At Wednesday's Senate Judiciary Committee
hearing, Nikki Goeser testified to what we all know to be true,
but what the politicians won't easily admit: criminals don't
care about the law.

Nikki had a concealed carry permit, which
allowed her to carry a handgun on her body or in her purse. But
the Tennessee resident was prohibited by law from carrying a
weapon into a restaurant that served alcohol. So Nikki complied,
locked her handgun in her car, and didn't carry into a gun-free
zone.

What happened next is tragic.

A man who had been stalking Nikki was
confronted in a restaurant and asked to leave. But he pulled out
his gun - one he legally could not have in the restaurant and one
he couldn't have concealed without a permit - and shot Nikki's
husband, Ben. Ben died.

Nikki found out the very hard way that while
she obeyed the laws, criminals do not.

And so we have to wonder why some of D.C.'s
most notorious gun grabbers and Second Amendment turncoats were
out in force at the committee hearing on Wednesday, looking for
more ways to restrict the rights of law-abiding citizens.

The Senate Judiciary Committee hearing on
"Red Flag" legislation revealed what we feared the most!

Republicans, like Senator Marco Rubio (R-FL),
who has sponsored one such bill (S. 292), and Senator Lindsey
Graham (R-SC), who was clearly supportive of Red Flag legislation
during the hearing, are ready to "compromise" the rights of
law-abiding gun owners while shredding the right to due process.

Just hours after that hearing, Joe Biden
addressed a joint session of Congress for a speech in which he
pushed for more gun control, ordering Senate Democrats to vote in
unison with House Democrats on the most radical gun control bills
we've ever seen.

Biden then reminded the members in
attendance: "I'm the guy who defeated (the Gun Lobby)!"

"We need a ban on assault weapons and high
capacity again. Don't tell me it can't be done. We did it before
and it worked. . ."


With Biden on the warpath on gun control,
Republican turncoats like Rubio and Graham look like they are
poised to cave on Red Flag legislation, which will embolden the
gun grabbers to go for even more.

Lindsey Graham suggested "due process" could
be added to Red Flag laws, despite the fact that the entire
concept of these laws is to bypass due process to confiscate a
firearm from someone based on a single complaint without any
chance for the accused to answer in court until AFTER their
firearms are seized.

And the cost to prove you are not a danger to
yourself and others in order to get YOUR property back is not
cheap either! All the while your right to self-defense is left
hanging in the balance.

Please take action immediately to stop this
before S.292 or any other Red Flag legislation goes to a vote!

Once you've done that, please chip in what
you can so we can fight Red Flag Laws on all fronts.

It is critical all of our supporters make a
stand IMMEDIATELY against Red Flag gun confiscation to stay ahead
of the bull run on the Second Amendment by betrayers on BOTH
SIDES of the aisle.

Marco Rubio's S.292 will compel your state to
pass a Constitution-shredding Red Flag law through your state
legislature in exchange for federal cash, which sounds a lot like
bribery to me.

Rubio and his cronies ignore the fact that
where Red Flag laws have gone into effect, they've done nothing
but cause havoc in the courts and the lives of those caught up in
this horrible policy.

During the hearing on Wednesday, it was
admitted that a majority of these Red Flag gun confiscation
orders were overturned on appeal, which means that it guarantees
to ensnare countless innocent people while clogging the court
system.

We have due process for a reason and the data
on how ineffective these laws are is just further proof.

But that won't stop the gun grabbers on both
sides of the aisle from demonstrating their disdain for the
rights of law-abiding gun owners, so you and I must tell them
exactly what we think of S.292 before the Senate Judiciary
Committee votes on this bill.

These laws not only put the onus on the
accused to prove they are innocent, flipping the justice system
on its head, but they don't even have the chance to do that
before their home is raided and their firearms are seized.

Who's to say a jilted ex-lover won't report
you "out of concern?" Or someone calling in the police on you
because you made a political statement they don't agree with?

The time and cost for you to defend yourself
in court will take away your right to defend yourself and your
family - without real due process.

This kind of bad policy is deadly.

If a judge is convinced
that you're a "significant danger" to someone, including
yourself, your Second Amendment freedoms could effectively be
revoked. And you don't even get to defend yourself!

You won't be warned ahead of time -- and
could very well mistake these law enforcement officers for common
thugs who are coming for your life.

In states with these Red Flag laws on the
books, reports of shootouts between law enforcement and gun
owners are becoming commonplace when they could be easily avoided
if we'd just follow our Constitution's Fifth Amendment right to
due process.

With riots raging on the streets in cities
from coast to coast and the movement in many of these areas to
scale back the ability of law enforcement to contain them, the
last thing this country needs is for the gun rights of the
law-abiding to be obliterated by yet another unconstitutional
law.

Patriot, I am confident these laws will be
abused to the fullest extent as soon as they gain a foothold at
the state level and in our justice system.

That's why I'm counting on your IMMEDIATE
action to stop the momentum of this bipartisan betrayal of the
Second Amendment before it gains any more traction.

After what we witnessed take place in the
hearing and the Republican turncoats who are signaling support of
this bill, it will take a very strong effort on the part of you
and me to stop Marco Rubio's S.292.

that we have a serious threat to the Second Amendment coming at
us all like a freight train.

Time after time, it's been proven the laws to
restrict our Second Amendment rights - gun-free zones,
restrictions on what type of weapons or ammunition, gun
registries - don't work. All they do is take away our right to
self-defense and the ability to protect our loved ones. While the
criminals don't comply and just don't care.

We have held the statists at bay thus far in
2021, but the battle is only just beginning.
