In the spring of 2020, ISN began convening college and university immersion coordinators for monthly Zoom calls for mutual support and idea and resource sharing during the early months of the pandemic. These calls eventually led campus ministers at the University of Detroit Mercy, Canisius College, and the University of Scranton to plan a collaborative racial justice-oriented virtual Detroit immersion.
