Tell Washington Republicans: STOP Funding QAnon Candidates
Friend,
Republican leaders want you to believe that the extreme, anti-Semitic, violent views espoused by adherents to the QAnon conspiracy theory don’t reflect their party or their values.
But looking at what Republican leaders have done tells a different story:
➞ In 2020, the National Republican Congressional Committee (NRCC), supported QAnon-aligned candidates like Marjorie Taylor Greene
➞ When Marjorie Taylor Greene threatened her colleagues with violence and harassed school shooting survivors, all but 11 of her Republican colleagues voted against censuring her
➞ During her primary, Senate candidate Kelly Loeffler sought pro-QAnon candidate Marjorie Taylor Greene’s endorsement
➞ With the 2022 elections approaching, the NRCC has given no indication that they’ll withdraw support from pro-QAnon candidates like Marjorie Taylor Greene
We’re calling on national Republicans to withhold funding and support from candidates aligned with QAnon. Will you add your name to join us?
QAnon is a dangerous ideology that helped incite the January 6 insurrection. It is unacceptable for public servants to align themselves with this movement in any way. That’s why Stephanie Murphy voted to remove pro-QAnon congresswoman Marjorie Taylor Greene from her committees, and it’s why she introduced legislation to disqualify QAnon adherents from receiving security clearances.
As the saying goes, actions speak louder than words. If Republicans in Washington want us to believe that they stand with the American people -- NOT QAnon -- they need to show it.
It’s time for Republicans in Washington to get their house in order and root out QAnon from within their ranks. If you agree, add your name to our petition today.
