John,

Today is President Biden and Vice President Harris' 100th day in office, and I think it's fair to say that the last 100 days have been historic.

The American Rescue Plan passed through Congress because we all fought so hard to put Democrats in control of the House and the Senate. This bill:

• Has put more than 200 million vaccines in arms to fight the COVID-19 pandemic
• Dropped more than 160 million relief checks into the hands of American families
• Provides resources to safely reopen schools
• Combats child hunger and poverty, and more

And not a single Republican voted for this bill.

On deck is an American Jobs Plan that will repair, rebuild, and transform America's infrastructure for the future and tackle the climate crisis while creating millions of good-paying jobs.

Ready to go is the American Families Plan to invest in kids and families through programs like universal access to free Pre-K for 3- and 4-year-olds, making two years of community college free for all Americans, providing comprehensive paid family and medical leave, and so much more.

All this, while restoring dignity, respect, and a spirit of comity that was completely absent at 1600 Pennsylvania Avenue over the past four years. President Biden and our Democratic team are showing Americans that our government can deliver for its people.

I am so proud of what Democrats have accomplished in the last 100 days, and I hope you feel a sense of pride and ownership in knowing that you helped make it happen.

We're not out of the woods yet, and we still have much work to do to help Oregonians recover and build back better as we emerge from the pandemic.

But I'm hopeful for what is possible in the days and months to come, and am so thankful to have you with us in this fight.

Onward!

– KC

Reaching and communicating with Oregon Democrats and our supporters is critical for the Democratic Party of Oregon as we work to keep electing Democrats up and down the ballot.
