Governor DeWine Visits Jergens Inc. to Recognize Manufacturing Day

(CLEVELAND, Ohio)Today, Governor Mike DeWine visited Jergens, Inc. in Cleveland to recognize Manufacturing Day in Ohio. Governor DeWine toured the facility and discussed Jergens' workforce training programs.Jergens manufactures tooling components, vises, and other workholding equipment.

Manufacturing Day [ [link removed] ] is the first Friday in October and was established to educate students, parents, and teachers about modern manufacturing. More than 200 events will take place during the month of October to recognize Ohio manufacturing. Ohio has the third largest manufacturing workforce in the United States, with 700,000 Ohioans working in manufacturing sector.
