Hi Team Rosenblum,

It’s so great to finally see some real spring in Oregon. Recently, on a walk with our rescue dog, Banksy, I took some photos of the gorgeous flowering trees that are everywhere in my neighborhood. l wanted to share this one with you because of the “pink sidewalk.” It was literally covered with fallen cherry blossoms.

But the real reason I’m writing is because it is almost May, and that means it’s time for my request to my most treasured supporters — YOU — for a contribution to help us meet our end-of-month goal.

As you’ll notice, although you are always welcome to make a donation, most of the emails I send are intended to keep you informed as to specific issues we are working on. The last two were about the verdicts in Minneapolis and the George Floyd Justice in Policing Act. And, of course, the survey many of you filled out, which has already been incredibly helpful for planning our priorities going forward.
