We're meeting because The Cook Political Report just rated NJ-03 further in favor of the GOP. We were already high on their list of targets, but this shift means they're going to direct even more of their big-money donors to target Andy. There's a lot on the line here: If Washington Republicans can flip Andy's seat, they will definitely flip the House along with it.
