"We have to prove democracy still works, that our government still works and we can deliver for our people" -- President Joe Biden

Last night’s joint address to Congress was the real thing: a president who cares about the American people laying out a hopeful vision and an ambitious agenda for our country.

After four years of watching President Trump sideline science, trample on our democracy, and stoke hate from that dais, it was a breath of fresh air.

It was also a historic moment to have two women leaders, Vice President Harris and Speaker Pelosi, on the dais with the president during his joint address to Congress.

The millions of Americans who came out to vote in last year’s election steered our country away from the abyss and delivered this change. And together we will work tirelessly to make the plans President Biden laid out become realities -- so we can rebuild our economy, create more good-paying jobs, invest in our future, address systemic racism, fight climate change, beat cancer, and much more.

I am counting on you to stay in this fight. Grassroots supporters like you sent Democratic majorities to Washington. Now, we must protect the gains we have made and press ahead with the work before us.

If you can, I hope you will consider making a contribution to our campaign before tomorrow’s end-of-month deadline to show you’re all-in for this fight to deliver the change Americans voted for and protect our Senate majority:
