We’ve heard a lot of offensive language coming from the White House in the last couple of years. We’ve seen Trump put racism on display, side with white nationalists, and praise dictators. But this past week his statements veered into the outright dangerous.
He tweeted about a civil war breaking out if he is removed from office.
This is dangerous language on its own, but reporting showed that there are so-called “militias” that take this language seriously. We cannot have a leader who threatens to tear the nation apart.
